SKIF-API RP 61

The SKIF-API RP 61 proppant pack conductivity measurement unit is designed for studying the operational characteristics of a proppant pack under thermobaric conditions corresponding to reservoir conditions or as defined by regulatory documentation.

The equipment allows for evaluating the long-term and residual conductivity of packs of all types of propping agents (ceramic proppants and quartz sands), performing continuous measurements during the experiment of the pack’s compression forces, its height, and fluid permeability at pore pressures up to 10 MPa (1450 psi) and compression pressures up to 138 MPa (20,000 psi).
